Inspired by Fortin’s high-gain Cali amplifier platform, the Kali is a dual-channel preamp/distortion pedal built for tight, aggressive modern tones without turning everything into mush. It can cover everything from hot-rodded British-style crunch to heavily saturated modern metal, while retaining the fast attack and note definition Fortin gear is known for.
Both channels give you serious control over your gain structure, while the active 3-band EQ lets you shape the pedal around your guitar, amp, or existing rig. You also get three different voicings — Vintage, Raw, and Saturated — plus bright-switch options for dialing in everything from articulate rhythm work to lead tones that could probably remove paint.
